st Patrick's day parade 2012

Congratulations to all those who took part in the recent St Patrick's Day parade in Dublin. We would like to thank Norma Leen, Muirne Bloomer and all at City Fusion Group who worked with the students to prepare for the parade. We would also like to thank Karen O'Connor for her involvement in the event.

Students involved in the parade came from Laois, Kildare and Balbriggan ARP centres. We extend our sincere thanks to all the co-ordinators for their work and support leading up to the event (Josephine Garry - Balbriggan,  Sandra Doyle - Laois VEC and Maria Grogan - Kildare VEC). A big thank you also to all the tutors involved in helping prepare their students for the big day.

Finally, and most importantly, we would like to thank the students who participated in the parade for representing the Adult Refugee Programme with such professionalism and enthusiasm.You were all absolutely fantastic!
